Booking Fee/Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is charged for the client to secure the time and services of the photographer. The remaining balance will be paid in full before the photographer provides the final digital images.

Turnaround Times
The photographer will aim to provide the client with a copy of their edited pictures via digital download within 3 weeks of the session. The client will select the number of images of their chosen package from the gallery.
Editing
All images will be edited in a selection of colors and black and white. All images that require it are lightly retouched (at the photographer’s discretion) Specialist editing services can be provided upon request an extra fee will be charged.
Copyright Negatives/digital files
They remain the property of the photographer. The exception to this is for marketing purposes specifically to their business which these terms and conditions apply. Images shall not, by way of trade or otherwise, be lent, resold, published, or otherwise circulated in any form.
Digital files
They are supplied to the client via digital download and the client has 3months to download from the date of issue. Once the digital files are received it is the client’s responsibility to back them up and keep them safe. If the clients’ files become lost or corrupted the fee for replacement files is CFH 150 however, the photographer cannot guarantee that replacement files will always be available.
License
The photographer shall be granted a complete artistic license in collaboration with the client. This is in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. Due to the vagaries of the weather and the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the images requested.
Cancellation
The client may cancel this contract at any time by giving written notice to the photographer but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid.
Force Majeure or Act of God
The due performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by either party owing to any cause beyond their control.
Display
The client hereby allows Ella to use any images included in this contract on her website/blog, in her studio, her portfolio, and for exhibitions, advertising and competitions. The images may also be submitted to magazines and other blogs online.
Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Complaints
Any complaints should be raised by the client with the photographer in writing within 28 days of receipt of the images
